On the 13th of May 2014 Ecoplasts Mag. Günter Zotter, Member of the Board, presented our way of Recycling at the 23rd Conference for “Kunststoffrecycling in Sachsen” in Dresden.
Main points were the challenges which recyclers are facing, especially due to multilayer-films such as aluminum coated Polyethylene, as well as “Bioplastics”, which are causing severe damage to the regular recycling processes. The following presentati0ns and discussions showed that the majority of the present recyclers are facing similar challenges and are demanding actions from the legislative- as well as the market sides.
